Bernie Navarro, CPA
Bernie brings more than 29 years of financial and operational leadership across Life Sciences, Medical Device, emerging growth companies, private equity-backed organizations and Fortune 500 environments.
Through NAV Futures, Bernie works selectively with emerging and growth-stage companies, including stealth-mode Medical Device and Biotech innovators, as CFO, COO and strategic advisor.
His work spans capital strategy, M&A, financial and operational scaling, EBITDA growth, transaction readiness and post-acquisition integration.
Previously, Bernie served as CFO and COO of InNeuroCo and subsequently as Site President with Integer Holdings following its acquisition. His experience provides founders, boards and investors with the perspective of an executive who has helped build, scale, transact and integrate a business from inside the organization.

At InNeuroCo, he led a globally diverse organization representing more than 21 countries and navigated the challenges of COVID while keeping every employee employed.
That experience continues to shape his approach to leadership today: building organizations that are resilient, inclusive and high-performing.
